WELCOME Thank you for stopping by my website. I hope you will return often for information on properties for sale, interesting neighbourhoods and resources for buyers and sellers.

I have a long-standing interest in real estate but I initially chose a career in public sector administration, training and project management. Now I can combine those many years of experience with that passion for real estate for your relocation project and to help you manage transitions in what is probably your largest investment. I have also been an executive, fund raiser and events coordinator for several non-profit sector organizations, mainly in the creative arts field. Real estate is all about connections such as these and about networking to find buyers and sellers for you.

I have handled all sorts of properties – downtown, suburbs and rural, and from starters to custom luxury homes. As you can see from my testimonials, I know that a sales representative has to go beyond merely shuffling the paperwork. I have worked with families and singles, seniors and first-timers. Just about everyone needs some help to avoid surprises or cope with them.

  • Found reliable handy person for last minute repairs
  • Helped clients move or store high-value items
  • Assisted with remediation of septic systems, asbestos insulation and aluminum wiring
  • Found high-potential homes for investors and helped sell them after renovations
  • Researched planning and zoning issues
  • Reliable referrals to lawyers, architects, builders and developers
